Who will make delivery if we will buy you machines?

Delivery can be made by us or end client, all depended on that we have agree.

How many days take for final installation?

2-3 day for each machine.

All you equipment made recording clients order or you have them in you stock at all time?

One month production schedule:
• CNC milling machines "ArtMaster A" - 10-15 units
• Vacuum press "MVP-2512" - 6-10 units
• Plasma cutting machines "ArtPlasma" - from 2 units
• Laser cutting machines "ArtLaser" - 1-3 units

That is why all our machines made in time as you can read in our offer and our website. Some of our machines can be delivered from our stock warehouses.

Is it necessary to go training period?

Training is necessary. Training usually takes place on production site of firm Artel Ltd. If client wish to do training on his production sit it is possible but all expenses will be paid by buyer.

That training period?

At least 5 days.

Dose training includes new drawings creation study?

No. All new students leaning how to work on machines with pre done drawings.

Is it possible to buy you machines via credit or payment by instalments?

Our company neither dose give direct credit to our new clients, but you can receive credit from your bank or credit company.

That computer language we need to know in order to work on your CNC machines?

You do need to know any computer language. All you need to know how to work in AutoCAD or similar programs and export files in dxf. mode.

We my computers on CNC machine dose not have enough memory to work with AutoCAD.

Computer on our CNC machine usually used only for milling not for engineering jobs.
Warning! During working on CNC computers it is forbidden to do any other computer jobs.

Why every time we are turning on any other machines on our production site, your machine turning off?

Because load on phase is to high, it is not enough power.
